In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned because I logged out 5 minutes too early on the 10 minute rule whilst hiding from the police in a bush, breaking rule 2.5.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

In the last 8 months I have been studying at university, working to complete my bachelor degree, aiming to finish this summer.

Why do you want to return ?

I would like to return to the community because I miss the ability to have a server solely devoted to role play and no other server type ticks this box, often having kill on site rules which ruin any player-player interactions.

Why should we unban you ?

After having been forced to play other servers I now understand the full importance of strict controls on the rules in order to keep game play fair having seen first hand the chaos of this on alternate servers. During the incident that got me banned my heart was racing, which is one of the reasons I love this server. I misjudged the time I had waited as it seemed like an eternity hiding in a bush with police running past me not seeing me, but as a result I disobeyed the 10 minute rule. I understand that this is completely my fault and it was my responsibility to keep track of time waited and provided this ban is lifted I will literally time any events like this in the future to avoid this consequence. If I am unbanned I can assure you that I will not cause disruption to anyone's role play going forward, as I want to play this server as it was intended for its ability to interact with all sorts of people in an interesting manner.

@snap___dragon Your appeal was only denied in September, You had 3 bans in such a short space of time, you do understand there are a load of players here who haven't been banned once in 5 years?

Why can't you be bothered to follow our rules?

I think in the summer which I was playing this server I believe I took it for granted and I will admit I didn't fully understand the importance of having quality role play and how rewarding it can be to be a part of, as I had previously not come across this type of game play. However, after seeing what other servers are like as this was the first one I tried and stuck with, I regret my actions deeply due to these servers having poor quality of role play, with frequent killings on site, not making for very good game play. I think because of my experience of others servers in these past months, I can assure you that I will  uphold the values of this server as I would very much like to get back into a server where role play is promoted as a core value.

So what will you do differently? How can we be sure you'll follow the rules in the future?

In terms of what I would do differently, I would aim to update myself with the rules every 2 weeks in order to keep them fresh in my mind and such that I am aware of any changes which may have taken place, alongside being able to inform newer players of any rules which they may not already be aware of. In relation to the offence which I committed in September 18, to stop myself from breaking the 10 minute rule, I intend to rigorously keep an eye on the clock, which I admit I failed to do in the past, and in some circumstances even time exactly how long I have been hiding for, in order to give anyone who is looking for me the correct and fair amount of time to find me.
