In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned for being apart of the Original Gangstas group where 75% of the time it was gunfight after gunfight and nothing more which resulted in a negative affect on the community. I was also banned for sitting in a discord channel with members of the group who were about to attempt a mass RDM and did not report this to staff members.

Prior to the ban I was apart of Poseidon, a faction whose leaders had doubts about me due to my track record. After being accepted I roleplayed to the best of my abilities and progressed up the ranks, proving anyone who had doubts about me wrong. Eventually I cut down on Arma and started playing GMod RP which I found very interesting and refreshing, at this point I decided to leave Poseidon as I was rarely online. I returned to the group OG for around 2 weeks. I was present in their channels most days but played rather infrequently. I was present for two treasuries and some smaller activities.

Matt & Stavik who were playing with us at the time I believe came to speak to the gang & the plebs about our attitude/intentions and if we would change. I was not present during this discussion, If I was, I would have spoken up immediately and taken on board what was being said. I believe people laughed at them which I think is stupid as at the end of the day, they were helping us by giving us a chance to change. Eventually I came to find myself and many others member banned for "Poor Roleplay and being a disruption to the community".

I was then banned from Teamspeak and the forums under the 1.6 rule as I was sat in a discord channel with other members of the group who had not been banned that were planning a mass RDM. I did not report this to the staff team as at the time I was angry and upset that I was included in all the original bans when I had only returned to the gang for around 2 weeks.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

For the last 6 months I have stepped away from arma entirely. I have been playing mainly GTA5 RP, league and new games such as Apex Legends

Why do you want to return ?

I want to return because I genuinely miss the different roleplay scenarios and memories that I made here. Everyone on the community will have had their own memories made here that they will probably never forget and I too have my own. If given the chance to return I wish to join a whitelisted faction and only a whitelisted faction. Poseidon was a refreshing experience for me but this time I may take my return to the police and enjoy arma the way I did between 2016-2017.

Why should we unban you ?

I believe I should be unbanned because I understand where I went wrong and it will not happen again. I should have been smarter and not associated myself with OG as they were always going downhill. I should have reported what was going on in the discord to the staff team and I definitely should not have said what I said to @Stavik when I was being hotheaded and angry.

I will end this appeal with an apology to @Stavik. You have always been a good guy and I believe we have always gotten along. I am sorry for what I said to you, there is no excuse for it, I was just angry at the time wondering why I had been included in the original ban when I had only returned for a short period. But at the end of the day, I am to blame as I could have separated myself from them. I no longer associate with any members of the group besides Hammah. I deleted more or less everyone off steam and no longer speak to any of them. I hope you can accept my apology Stavik, I'm genuinely not a bad guy, just a little hotheaded at times.

We'll address the more serious issue of you personally attacking staff, I thought better of you than that Reiss, or does this show your true colors as a very toxic individual?

 
There are no true colours to be shown here, I'm not some toxic kiddie that you guys would have encountered a hundred times and dealt with. At the end of the day it is just a game but along with it just being a game we're all human and come with different personalities. I understand that I slipped up, at the time emotions were high for everyone and I allowed mine to get the best of me. I can only say it again, I'm not a bad guy, sometimes I just need to think before I do things.

 
It is just a game your right there... and I am sure there will be many games this community roleplays on in the future... but there is a certain type of person we do not allow here and there is a certain type of community we do not want to ever become.

I do not for one second think you sat slient in that room that night, So is your toxic side only encouraged along by anger or is this what you are like most of the time ?

 
My toxic side is not encouraged by anything because I am not toxic. I was annoyed because I was included in a ban after only returning for 2 weeks from Poseidon. I understand that my name was probably brought up and thats why I was included however I still to this day do not condone what they did. Why 'mass RDM' for 2 minutes to result in a permanent ban? If people are really fed up with the community they can simply take a break and return at a later date if they want to. I once again apologise for my behaviour and for wasting your free time.

As Matt put it up there, i thought better of you aswell but hey ho.

You have a long long sheet, its not really been smooth sailing for you. And it was somewhat topped of in terms of these two morons and their "helpers" .
Another shitty atempt a "mass RDM that laster for about 12 seconds. I know cause i was watching. It was not the first time this have happened and we saw it coming. 
It didnt affect the "normal state of Roleplay" and people  "affected" where revived and continued on just as normal.

 



This is what you were known for, even thou you did have a few rulebreaks. People enjoyed the roleplay you gave. What on earth happened? What changed?


In light of the personal attacks, i dont care. Childish. Thats all it is.
 

 
@Stavik I think I just stuck around with the wrong people for too long, don’t get me wrong some of them are good lads but some weren’t in terms of roleplay. I think a break was needed for me and hopefully now the server will be somewhat fresh for me.

 
Do you still hang about with the morons trying to go out with a so called "bang" ?

 
@Stavik When i got banned i completely detached myself from pretty much everyone, i deleted the majority of people from RPUK off my friends list and I don’t associate with really anyone from og anymore besides Hammah

@Reiss unban, now here is the deal. We are aware of your capabilities, but your actions have made us weary.

Short and sweet there is a trust issue. Not only the incident that led to this ban but also the warnings prior. So for us to even consider a chance in the future, you must act exemplary.

So for you to get unbanned, you must agree to this one.

  • ANY bans within 6 months of the unban date will result in a permanent ban. (6 month wait until appeal)
  • You can only use a pistol in your first week back if you waddle into the rebel life again.

    Do you agree?

Please use your main account going forward. Some of your restrictions on the main forum account might take some time to get rid but patience is key here.
