In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I'm honestly unsure as to why I was banned. It was that long ago (Almost 2 years) that I've forgotten. I remember that was a lot of mass player reports and issues with my gang, A lot of people was wanting to report us. I think I must have been tied into one of those reports somewhere.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Not much really, just been working and playing video games really. Nothing too exciting.

Why do you want to return ?

A lot of my old friends, in the gang mentioned above, have recently been unbanned. So I think we're gonna try to reform the gang and just have some good old nostalgia on the server once more. Everyone parted ways due to life getting involved so I want to come back to see if the gang can reform and old friendships can be relit.

Why should we unban you ?

I don't intend to be an issue. A lot of the reports as mentioned above was due to an increased intensity whilst playing the server ( AKA being a sweat). It was in the 6 weeks holiday so I imagine I and others were no lifeing the server as well and people got a little to involved with the server. This time, I've got a very different workload ( not in school, got a 50 hours a week job..etc..) and can only afford to play the server for a few hours a night max. So nothing serious just some casual playing with old friends. Would be nice to be let back in the server to have an enjoyable time once more with some old friends where we had a lot of fun and memories that we often look back on.

Yes. I remember now, if I’m correct I believe the ban was given for RDM. This was a ban that was issued instantaneously to me after I killed the person in question. The person in question was an admin, who at the time was an undercover cop, the undercover cop system had just been implemented and the rules regarding the system were shaded. I was in a situation with normal uniformed officers and had killed multiple whilst they were chasing me, perfect initiation  was given and this wasn’t the “rulebreak” I was banned for.   Throughout the engagement with normal officers , a sporty/ suv , can’t remember which one it was, was following me, helping other officers, this was obvious. Despite being an active gun fight and not valuing his life he stayed and kept following me . After a while , I decided to kill this person , who was an undercover cop and I had solid evidence he was an officer . He was giving away my position and aiding officers .The undercover cop who was an admin then revived himself after I killed him and tried to kill me. Again I killed him as he started shooting me, he revived himself once’s more and I killed him again. After this I was banned for RDM on the spot. Without anyone discussing any issue with me over teamspeak . It was even more enfurating when the admin was reviving himself after I killed him.

So I spoke to admins, put an appeal up of which got me unbanned I think 2 days later ? Again going a lot of memory here since it was almost 2 years ago. So I went on another account for those two days, briefly to annoy my friends ingame and do nothing more. I was unbanned in the end and everything continued on fine. 

Im sure this can all be viewed on my old forum account. I’m about to enjoy the sun and go on a bikeride, however once I’m back I’ll look into it myself to give more concrete evidence.

Regarding this, this was the unban appeal I posted explaining the situation and why I was banned. This would also be the period in which I ban evaded.

Well, those are some of my friends, of which a few have been unbanned recently for what they did. Currently, Raptor, a person that was also part of Ascension, in fact high up in the gang and also has multiple friends that are 1.6'd is the lead of a whitelisted faction. Also Andreas again, from Ascension and fits the criteria above is 2nd in medics? Not everyone is bad, in fact, some contributed a lot to the server and have earned their positions people I played with and was close friends with. It's just a shame that some did get banned along the way for the things they did.  Regarding the Youtube channel and the " Frag montages ". I don't particularly look to get " frags " but enjoy making Arma Videos. I have a lot more Arma videos that I've made over my time, their just unlisted on my channel. However to prove my case I can link some if you want? Also, the Ban Evasion again wasn't meant maliciously nor was acted out to be so. I was just annoyed at the time, because I was banned for something and dealt with in a way that I shouldn't have been (in my opinion), hence getting unbanned shortly afterward. However, This was all around 2 years ago. This was a very long time ago and a lot has changed. I'm, not a school kid anymore, that enjoys playing the game for a release. I work 50+ hours a week and have a lot more commitments, I have grown up. I don't have the time to sweat the server as I used to, where I spent the beginning of my Arma days and would easily play for 60 hours a week.  I just want to come back, to be able to play with some old friends and have fun on a server that was used to absolutely love. As soon as I heard the idea, that some old friends wanted to start playing the server again, I got excited. 

Also, I am sorry that I ended up getting banned in the way I did. I understand clear as day that I did indeed ban evade. I don't deny that. I know I did. I just really really really, want to come back and play with some old friends desperately. We had so much fun on this server, I'd like to think In my time I had contributed to the server and some of the players that I came across. Again can link some posts/ things if you want to.  As mentioned above, when I got banned, a lot was going on. I was completely caught up in the Arma world, more so than my actual life. 

But I would really like to be unbanned. This server started out my 4200 hours on Arma, it was the reason I fell in love with the game and Altis Life in general. I've co-owned the best every gang I've ever had on the server, of which helped players like Raptor and Andreas flourish into the roles their now in. I've had so many unique and intresting memories on the server, of which I often look back on. It would be nice to be able to come back, and live those memories instead of just remembering. As mentioned above, a lot has changed over the 2 years. Its a long time.
