In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned for driving a van with a friend in the back that had a LMG , the intention was for the friend ( jackR ) to kill as many poseidon as possible before getting banned for mass RDM, our original intention was to log on at the 8pm restart when Poseidon have the weekly meeting, we were then to storm the building in which they had the meeting and kill all the Poseidon, as a last f*** you to the server.
The plan failed as the server was full and we couldn't connect quick enough and therefore we instead attempted to ruin their cross country race with quad bikes by ramming them off the road and killing them from the back of the van.
The deciding factor for me coming to the decision to get myself banned was that I saw someone I looked upto within the NHS loose everything he worked for over the last 1-2 years because he didn't agree with the NHS command in apointing the at the time new CMO Phieonx, I know when typing that it sounds stupid but that was generally the reason, I was pissed off at the server in general that this was allowed to happen and therefore reacted the way I did.

I had just returned after a 2.4 ban for being involved with a now ex- member of the community that had duped a ridiculous amount , It felt like I had peaked in-game and then to come back to having 100k to my name and no reputation and a lot of pissed off friends and people that I respected , I say this because at the time I was the first member to come back following the blanket ban, a few members of the community joked with me saying that I had told staff about it all and that's why I was unbanned so quickly compared to others who had their appeals denied or where on going, at the time as well, another member of the community was banned for being a staff member elsewhere, part of his ban was likely implemented because he had sent me messages on these forums inviting me to play there, that member then thought it was me that shared these messages with Wilco, when in fact he had the ability to see them in the first place.

I felt as if I and others had been wronged by the server, I had put in roughly a thousand hours just into the server , and many more creating content to share on the forums , and to have that stripped away because I accepted money from a duper upset me, it was completely the right thing to do remove all this from me, I was just angry that it was 100% my fault and there was no one else to blame, this plus what I said at the top of the appeal pushed me over the edge and made me want to get my self banned as a way of venting my frustration in the server.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Playing CSGO, Passed my driving test, got a part-time job.
I attempted to get back into Roleplay via FiveM but that didn't really turn out well as the server that we played eventually closed down.

Why do you want to return ?

I would like to return as I have seen the news that the community has voted for a mass unban, finding it hard to believe that I will be forgiven for my rule breaks I wish to appeal the decision through this appeal.

The NHS, there's no sub community quite like it, if unbanned I would be quite happy just play as a medic, some of my best times where being a medic and one of my proudest achievements on the server was getting my taru qualification, even if I was one of the worst pilots ever to have graced the server, it's something that I had grinded for and something that I was really proud of and am also willing to grind my way back up to where I was before , because the entire journey was very enjoyable.

As well as this I want to return because I can see that a lot of the friends that I made on this community have started playing again , some have been unbanned and some have returned with the new wave of old players, I don't want to be left out and therefore am appealing to be unbanned, as well as this I'm sure some of the staff team already know ( through my ban evading ) that I do very much miss this server and would greatly appreciate a final chance to redeem myself, it's not just my friends that I miss it's the entire server and how its run, there's literally nothing like it out there and it's a massive shame I didn't realise that before doing what I did.

Why should we unban you ?

I can't sit here and say that I messed up, I knew exactly what I was doing, I wanted to be banned, I felt at the time that I would never want to play here again, and I wanted to throw the very little I had left out the pram.

I want a final chance here as I have finally come to realise that there was no reason to get so emotional about the server, although I had invested all that time into everything, I could have easily rebuilt what I felt I had within a month and that what I had done and the resulting punishment I have received was a slap on the wrist compared with what I could have received and have now got in terms of a punishment.

Here are a few points that I can foresee being raised about in this appeal so I'd like to attempt to address them down below.

The Racism - When appealing last Wilco noted the racist steam names that I had in the past, I have no excuse for them, csgo is a toxic place, I joined in, I know you will find it hard to believe but I'm not racist, those names were meant to be ironic,they were an attempt to be edgy, they weren't meant to offend anyone, I messed up here, and can gladly say that since then I have removed.

The ban evading -
I can't find the quote because it's in my recent ban appeal that's buried in the archive that I can't get to as of writing this, but basically Wilco said that I was never to return here and that I was in the "perm list", which to me meant that I had nothing to lose with ban evading, I would have never imagined that the server would ever have a mass unban and therefore I thought I would attempt to start the server again new name new me new everything, the first time I was caught by Gordon and accepted my ban, a few months later I tried again this time making another account I forget the name but here's the steam link at the bottom of this appeal as I don't actually know if its banned or not, I decided I better not play on it as I don't want to jeopardize my chances of being in the mass unban.

As well as playing in game I had multiple forums account that I would use to read the forums and to like comments, on one of the accounts I commented on a large discussion, giving my two cents and also leaving a message to any one that read it before it was removed basically starting that although things may look bad don't give up on the server like I did, as they would regret it as I do.

I want to make a point in saying that when playing on these accounts I followed the rules to the letter, I didn't come on mass rdming or trying to blow up the server with scripts, I didn't tell any of my friends that I was doing it ( not that I have been in contact with them until recently ) , I wanted a fresh start.

I can also see that this can be seen as wasting staff time and I can only agree, that is also part of the reason why I don't play on the one that I believe to still be unbanned, I can only again apologize for this and I hope that banning these accounts didn't waste too much time.

The Frag montarges - I'm in general a very silly person, I like to mess around and make people smile, I saw all these "try hard" frag movies and wanted to make my own spin on them, I made the same style of video but instead with ironic songs in the background instead of the regular drill and grime music, these where in no way trying to promote gunfights , they were compilations of me messing with people , but I can see that they may be seen as me attempting to show off my "fragging" ability, I have no such thing and am now embarrassed to have posted them and therefore they have been removed, may I also just say they were posted before I was banned ,it's only recently I have chosen to take them down, I'd prefer to be known for the more creative content I have created while being part of the server, such as the Altis Movie festival and the Vanity Trailer etc that I had a say in.

As unbelievable as this sounds I had literally no idea the Nazi flag was in its bio, I only just realised when I went on that account attempting to locate this group you speak off, as that account is shared ( because my friend uses it because his account on csgo is new and therefore can only play 2 games at a time before getting a cool down ) , I have no admin powers in that group and therefore was unable to make an decisions about what goes into the bio etc, since noticing the flag I have left the group.

Third ban evading account... I bet there is more if we looked hard enough

I can assure you there is only 3 accounts that I have played on , my main and the two ban evaders, there may be a 4th account that you may question as it would have been at some point on the same IP address as mine, but that is my brothers account with the username "Pure" , he has since stopped playing ARMA and games in general, If needed I can provide you with a link to his steam account just to check.

You never have and never will have respect for this community, its members and what its about, No unban is ever going to fix that.

Contrary to what you feel I do have a massive deal of respect for this community, I'v spent over a thousand hours making friends and socialising with its members, too not have any respect for its members and founders that brought it to what it is to day would make me a sociopath.

Although it sounds crazy me actively participating in a mass RDM wasn't an attempt to disrespect the community and its members and staff , it was a means to an end for me, I at the time no longer wanted to be part of the community, and in the fog I some how came to the conclusion and killing its members was the best way to go about it, I should have merely taken a few weeks - months off and cooled down, something that I have had the ability to do know, I can say that going forward this wouldn't be an issue as for I do not plan on getting so emotionally invested in the server as I did before hand, for a few months after leaving school RPUK was all I played, and therefore it became a large part of my life, when something went wrong in-game or within the community it legitimately put a downer on my day as sad as that sounds its the truth.

Just to reiterate I have a huge amount of respect for the players and for the staff members off this community, I have never come out and said anything bad about its members or the staff team in general, I was rightfully banned , as for my first ban that led to this mess, I was the first member of the group of players banned to come forward and explain how the exploit was done and gave details on who and what was involved I didn't do this in  order to score brownie points in order to get unbanned, I don't believe I even mentioned that in my original appeal, I did it because I respected the staff teams time and didn't want for them to spend ages attempting to get to the bottom of the situation, and therefore I offered some assistant in doing so, during my ban evading stage I also left a long message on the forums giving the community my perspective om how the community was doing from an outside perspective,at the time this was when the server started to lose player numbers and there was a large discussion about "Player loyalties and admin treatments." this is something I too believe I wouldn't have done if I still didn't respect this community, although I can now also see that this was likely a waste of part of a staff members evening as he/she would have had to remove the post and ban the account per community guidelines, , as well as this i have also spent countless hours creating content outside of the game in order to share on the forums with people, this is something that I believe I wouldn't have done if I didn't respect this community.

I’m genuinely shocked and confused that you know this but I better give you an explanation.

After hearing the recent news about the mass unban I have reconnected with a lot of the players that I have played here in the past with, during our conversation we were comparing what we had done and our chances of being allowed to return here, it was at this point where the person banned for throwing abuse at staff didn’t seem to quiet get the gravity of the things that he said, and so I therefore I explained the rumours about the member of staff personal life , at the  time I was sure that the rumour likely wasn’t true and made sure they knew that.

Contrary to what I’m sure you believe these comments weren’t negative , I deeply respect the member of staff involved and wouldn’t personally attack him like that ever, this is part the reason why I told the fellow banned member about these rumours because of how more messed up it makes his comments.

I understand now that this likely wasn’t the smartest of moves gossiping about a staff member like that , but I can only assure you it was in good faith and not something that I do on the regular.

Just to also be clear after seeing surgays appeal I was not adamant that these where true , I wouldn’t know that they where true as during the period where they where rumours I was banned from the server, I was trying to help him with his appeal as he clearly didn’t understand some of the things he had said about stavik but for what ever reason he’s passed that blame on to me.

Go talk about personal life of people who choose to be in the public eye not people giving there personal time up to keep a gaming community enjoyable, How would you like it if people were sat in a room discussing your life... and the life of people around you ?

I can hazard a guess that you wouldn't be able to handle as good as the staff team does.

In regards to people being single parents... That's fucking life! Its more common than you think for a huge number of different reasons usually for the good of the child.

It's something that should be respected, Its never easy and it takes a man to raise a child alone, something some of you will never be.

I couldn’t agree more, although we shouldn't have  ever even mentioned it in the first place I thought it was right for surgay to know the extent of what he was saying, although I’m sure the rumour is complete bollocks , there was nothing negative said about any of the staff team or even players, it’s upsetting that it’s be spun to look like we where attempting to disrespect the staff team and the work they put into the server.

To be honest I couldn’t give a less of a shit about what the staff team and other members do behind closed doors, and it’s embarrassing that I had to even tell surgay why what he said was wrong on a different level, it’s not something I’m proud off .

However i do not want to hear about people talking about the personal lifes of anyone in this community again unless they are actually in the room with you and openly discussing it themselves.

There will not be any more fuck you's to this server, Its embarrassing to leave like that the more you all grow up in life the more you will discover actually how "cringe" acting like that it... as for the people who are more older than you and still acting like that, Well you will find more about those types of people as you go through life
