In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned from the server due to Fail RP and VDM. The VDM I committed was accidental but entirely my fault. Let me explain, I had not played Arma 3 in a few weeks as I was engrossed in other games at the time. Upon returning to the game I swerved my Box Truck in front of a vehicle of 2-3 guys resulting in them essentially being desync rammed. This led to the death of the driver and the passenger/passengers. However it was an accident on my part, as I did not realise I had mouse steering enabled. I tried to turn the camera in 3rd person around to look behind me. Instead however the box truck swerved in front of the vehicle trying to overtake. This is VDM on a big scale considering at least 2 (possibly 3) people died due to my stupidity. However it genuinely was accidental. I stopped my truck, got out and proceeded to have a conversation with the members of the same crew that were in another vehicle. I advised them all that it was accidental and I would compensate them for their loss of gear and for the hassle I caused them. The crew at first were not happy with this decision and decided to call over an admin. Whilst waiting on an admin I allowed the crew to put me in zip ties and put me inside their vehicle so we could talk out of RP. I then told them once again I would compensate them for everything. They accepted this decision but demanded I join TeamSpeak. I did not see any reason to join TS considering they accepted my apology and were willing to accept compensation. The admin then came over (I cannot remember his name) and he listened to the story and I told him that they accepted my compensation offer but demanded that I join TS anyway. I declined as, again, I did not see any need for it considering they accepted my apologies and were okay with me providing comp. Upon declining to join TS for a third time I was banned from the server. Looking back I do realise that this was a stupid decision, I could have avoided the entire ban by joining TS for a few minutes.
The failed RP I believe is due to the fact that I VDM'd the players, as VDM is failed RP.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
Over the past 6 months I have been playing numerous different steam games and non steam games. I played Titanfall 2 for a good while as the multiplayer was fast paced and just awesome! Also the DLC is free so whats not to like! After my Titanfall obsession ended I moved to Battlefield 1 for like 2 days. It was then I realised I was rubbish at the game and decided to move onto other things. I became a hardcore MOBA player for the next few months, playing mostly Paragon and occasionally a F2P game called Gigantic (good despite it being a queue sim). More recently however I have came back to FPS style games such as Prey and Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 (which I would not recommend buying unless it goes on sale. Its good but not worthy of £40). I also managed to get a full time job during the past 6 months too which made me realise how much of an annoyance the Tax man is as he takes away around 10% ish of what I earn every month! That's my 6 month + life story.
Why do you want to return ?
I want to return to Roleplay.co.uk because it is a very good server that provides some of the best RP scenarios I've ever taken part in. I have tried other communities (won't name any) but they are not the same. The admins are rarely on and when they do make an appearance they do almost nothing. The players run riot with weapons, often gunning people down after giving a demand and waiting less that 2 seconds for the person to comply. It is worth mentioning (and I'm sure you would find out anyway) I have been banned before. Once I got unbanned I had a some really amazing times for a while until I was banned again. I do not want my time in Roleplay.co.uk servers to come to a permanent end. I want to experience the unique RP once again and I want to be a part of the community once more if you will let me.
Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned because I have spend just over 6 months without what I would call a good Arma 3 RP server. My own stubbornness and stupidity got me banned from the server AND wasted the time of an entire crew and an admin which I understand. I believe that I offered the players on this server a good RP experience when I met them in game. Whether I was stopped due to speeding, interacting with a random on the street or even taking part in some mining runs with groups I met I always stayed in character. I offered an RP experience to people I met which was completely unique and genuine. I always stayed a true gentle man also, never insulting people even if I got really annoyed or "salty" as they call it now a days. I think for the most part I offered players an enjoyable and pleasant RP experience and this is why I want to return. So I can experience the scenarios and personalities of others and let them experience what I can offer. I understand that I have broken rules twice now and I know where I went wrong. I have installed TS just in case I am required to join a channel at the request of players or an admin, and I will do so without being stubborn or putting up a fuss as I did before. And I have re-read over the rules since I have spent over 6 months away from the server. I understand that I perhaps do not deserve another chance at being unbanned as I am a rule breaker for a second time now. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me and all. But if you are willing to grant me one last chance at being unbanned I will prove to you that I have changed and I will not cause anymore hassle or inconveniences for other players or members of staff.

Just an addition to the above, I included a link to the websites main page when it asked for my previous appeal. I did this as I have no made an appeal for this ban before. My reason for this is because I believe my ban is a perm ban and I will not qualify for a normal unban appeal.
