In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Its been a year since my ban and from what I remember I was really stupid and I glitched someone in a moment of frustration. It was a dumb thing to do, I'd only been playing on the server for a few months having a really good time and I did something stupid in one moment of weakness. Essentially I was banned for being a dumb ass.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
In the year since I have been banned I've matured a lot. I've been working hard saving up at my place of work to afford a car. I've also passed my driving test and I'm now searching for a new job after completing my law degree last year to try and get into the legal profession.
Why do you want to return ?
This community is a really great community. I had a thoroughly good time here and it would be a shame if I couldn't come back. I don't play Arma anymore but I would like to come back to Arma for this community because I can tell how much effort went into your server and I'd like to be a part of that.
Why should we unban you ?
Well before the admin mentioned that glitching is not an appealable ban. I didn't go around mass glitching people, I Just had one fuck up and I was really fucking stupid. I'd love to come and be a part of the community. I feel like what I did doesn't reflect on who I am and I have some really good roleplay to offer given the chance. I understand why it is a ban without appeal however I would really appreciate being given a second chance. If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
Honestly, I feel like what I did back then was really out of character for me. Looking back I can't understand why or how I did it. I think I must have been having a bad day. This does not excuse what I did and a good community is not a good community without having strict rules which are enforced so this is why I have not tried to get back into the community from day 1 after 6 months. With this said I do feel a year from not being on the server is enough for me to come back and show that I am not that same person.
All I know is this is a great community, I had a thoroughly good time when I was here, I'd love to come back. Also, I fucked up, I did something stupid and unfortunately it ended up getting me banned. Hopefully you can acknowledge that I'm only human and everyone makes mistakes. I'm glad to see the community is still flourishing. Thank you if you let me back in.
