i was banned because of low quality roleplay then was permanently banned due to a 1.2

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

just chilling had nothing eles to do other than watch videos to be honest and spent alot of time reading the rules

Why do you want to return ?

i would like to return because this server was all i played and is a very exiting and serious server which i love i guess the childish side got to me and i no thats no reason to make the comments i did but that isnt me at all i guess because i was being robbed all the time my anger got to me and again this isnt an excuse but its the truth but i can assure you that now i know the consequences i really will not do it again ive never been banned off anything before im normmaly a good gamer and i stick to the rules i guess i just lost it but i promies it wont happen again and would really appreciate it if i was given another chance but if not i will still respect you guys for doing your job

Why should we unban you ?

i think you should unban me because most of my friends play this server and it bores me not having anyone to play with, when they are all telling me stories about what they did and how fun it is just makes me miss it soo much and would do alot just to be unbanned i love these kind of roleplay games were they are taken very seriously and have been looking for one for quite a while and then i go and mess my chances up by getting banned but if i was unbanned you guys would never hear from me again...... This is the fist time i have ever been banned on anything and do not think i need 6 month to think about my actions i am a very nice lad and hate to upset people this was just a one time thing and will deffenitly not happen again sice i am actually a very respectful kid

No, wrong. Tell us exactly why you were banned for 1.2. Show us how immature you really were.

 
i didnt think that was wrong you told me i was being kicked for low quality roleplay but then i make a ban apeal it got denied and someone told me i had been permo banned for a 1.2 and i must have been permo banned with how me and this kid got into a argument and i ended up calling him a 'little faggot' very childish of me ik but its not me i dont normally act like that all my gaming experiences ive ever been in ive been a very nice guy to everyone this was just a one time silly mistake that i can assure you wont happen again if i got this second chance

Looking at your records you were once warned for calling people "faggots" move forward to your permanent ban as well as being a little immature and not really roleplaying you again called someone a "faggot" 

Now this is obviously a word you kept saying and will no doubt keep saying, Apart from our rules (which you told others to read) whats going to make you refrain saying this word again if unbanned ?

 
because the first time i said it i got a warning and took advantage of it and thought i could get away with it but now knowing how serious the rules are i will deffo not be saying the word again as i have come to conclusions that it is very childish and really offensive and i am so sorry for my mistake it just ruins the game 

 
oh i have now ive spent nearly 2 hours when i got banned trying to learn them really well but before i got banned i didnt know them partly the reason i got banned i got kicked twice for not reading them but now i know the rules and we will not have the same problem sir

Find and quote both of the rules you broke. 
When you have done that, since you know the rules now. Explain them to us, why do we have these rules ?

 
(1.2) Do not express discriminatory or otherwise offensive views. This is no place for racism, religious hatred, ageism, sexism, homophobia, gender or disability discrimination. Punishable by a permanent ban without appeal.

(3.1) You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character. Roleplay everything.

these are the rules i broke and got banned for and the 1.2 rule is used for obvious reasons offensive language is never acceptable and you have these rules to be able to have a good friendly successful server and not letting people like me ruin it but i have learnt by my mistakes 

also the 3.1 rule, you have because the whole point of the server is to "high quality rule play" and if people are not using the rule then the admins should take control as you guys have done 

 
So lets say we put you back into a situation like this again, what would you do differently?

 
about the 1.2 situation i would just walk away from the scene and not react and the 3.1 i would use high quality rule play and not break rp

Alright @Kobe, if you find yourself in trouble again for the 1.2 you will get an instant 6 month wait (Permanent Ban).
