In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for including the word "nigga" and "niggas" in 3 ( could be 2, can't read the whole message http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/257083429972976359/596AC39B0857F5CF1D1CA12107508A64B91D82E3/ ) messages directed to the police's dispatch and CSO Water Melon, whilst roleplaying as an africanamerican convict, since I thought it would've been inline with the server's rules and a refreshing role to play (roleplay is my primary objective on the server, as it should be everyone's) with me being in jail for some time and not having much to do but set up some stuff to do once the 15 minutes were up. However, it is my mistake for forgetting that point 1.2 of the rules states clearly that discrimination of any kind in any circumstance is not tolerated.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
In the summertime I have taken a break from gaming. With autumn and winter I have been gradually reaquainting myself to ARMA III on other servers and gamemodes to prepare for an eventual comeback on the server, seeing as this is the only community where I feel a sense of respect and order between players.
Why do you want to return ?
I would like to return beacuse I miss the community and the players on the server. I bought ARMA III mainly for Altis Life (500ish / 700 hours ALUK/ARMA III), and this is where I found a place to call home. Six months of patient waiting have been more than enough to make me realize how much I actually loved spending time on the server and having fun with the players on it. Furthermore, I'd sunk a fair amount of time grinding cash to get where I was and had a blast sharing my wealth with newer players, teaching them the mechanics of the game as we went.
Why should we unban you ?
I think you should unban me because I fully understand where I went wrong and that I will have to pay attention to how I use my words since they could be offensive to someone across the internet and be just as hurtful as in real life, where I wouldn't say such things. I also understand that there is nothing personal since shortly after the fact a member of staff calmly explained to me that even two african-american BROTHERS got banned for calling eachother "nigga" playfully. I hope you can understand I will try my best to never repeat this again. In addition, I think of myself to be a positive influence to the pace and creativity of the server, as I always try to find new and exciting ways to interact with fellow players. This is, in my opinion a very different instance from the one where I ran my mouth against an admin in sidechat (got unbanned, but I still apologize since it was insensible of me), since I was trying out a caracter and wasn't trying to offend anyone on purpose.
