In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned for being part of a community that deliberately copy and pasted parts of RPUK’s rule page, which at that point I was completely unaware of and had no involvement in that, i was then told that we was all going to get banned together so I tried to explain that I was not involved with this it has been over 6 months since this incident now. This was a 1.6.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

In the last six months i have taken a break from PC and have been focusing on my GCSE's which i have coming up shortly, I am still focusing on them but i have some free time where i do want to chill and play a bit of PC so i thought of putting in a appeal here.

Why do you want to return ?

First of all i want to return because i used to have so much fun on this server and really miss it, i also have a lot of friends on this server that i have not spoken to in a long time and want to come back to them once more.I also believe this server has the highest quality of RP and also a fair mix of gunfights which makes the server balanced and fun. Because everyone likes a gunfight but too much gets boring and im one of those people that would much prefer a hour long RP story than a 20 minute gunfight which just gets repetitive. I also want to come back because this server has the least toxic and one of the most friendly community out there and i give props to the staff team for keeping it that way.

Why should we unban you ?

I believe I should be unbanned because first of all before this incident I had no previous bans or warnings on the community this is because I do enjoy the community hence the fact that I want to come back. Second of all I had no involvement in the copying and know that it wasn’t the right thing to do . I also know people from the community have been given second chances and believe I deserve one too as before this I was a dedicated player to the community. If I got this second chance I want to come back to the community as a active player once more. I was also one of the only people that went to management directly and tried to prove my innocence this is because I never wanted to be banned for something I had no involvement in the first place. I also left the community straight away to try and avoid getting banned but I still was banned. All I want is to come back to the community and have fun like I used to.

Now let me explain the server issue first, at no point was i evolved in the development of the server i was just simply a player there that wanted to have some fun I only found out about the copying the day i was banned i had no clue, i even went to Vladic Ka myself to try and tell him this u can ask him if u dont believe me [If he remembers that day]

Second of all the name had nothing to do with me being 1.6eD it was actually mocking someone that was 1.6eD that i was once friends with and was never to do anything with being 1.6eD i had this name before this.

Again thanks for the reply at the end of the day all i want to do is come back to the server and have fun i had no other bans or warnings before this I was just simply caught up in something that i had no involvement or impact on I understand the management was extremely angry about this situation as Vladic Ka explained to me himself but i can assure you i had no involvement in the copying from RPUK and think that it was a immature and ignorant thing to do from the people that was involved.

Simply a player... Not senior police?

I am sure you seen from the off that the teamspeak was a clone of ours as well as the icons (including police icons) I also expect you didn't invite any RPUK members over there to join your police force too did you? because we received multiple reports that this was going on our teamspeak, steam group and via steam messenger.

Yes I was something like an Inspector on there but i still had no involvement in development of the server anything tht was copied was not down to me and the only time i realised they was copying stuff was the day i got banned if i would of known before i would of said something to them and told them to create there own stuff as i know people have put a lot of effort into creating this server and i respect that but i dont know what else i can say to prove i had no involvement. 

Also at no point did i advertise to any RPUK members the only people i asked to try the server was 2 IRL mates.

I can tell you again and again but its not going to matter if you dont believe me and if you dont thats fair enough but im not a player that has caused the server issues previously and i have been here for about 2 years now so i hope that stands for something im not here to cause trouble i just want to play.

If you just want to play, why didn't you just play here before rather than running off to that shit attempt at everything.... It was clear from the moment you joined that they were copying so don't feed me with that bollocks please!

To be honest i payed no attention to the creation on the server as i wasn't involved in that and i didn't really play that much i wasn't heavily involved in the server i just knew some of the people that played it and got asked to play. I know they copied stuff and as i said i know that it wasn't right to do so but i was just there to play and have some fun. I have never been a trouble maker and im not talking bollocks i had no involvement in the copying of the server im sorry that it happened because it was out of order but i would be saying something completely different if i was the one doing the copying. And at the time i was still playing here as well i never stopped playing here but it was something to do on the side when i get bored every now and then. As i said before im not here to cause trouble i just want to come back and play like i used to do I would of never played there if i knew it would effect  my position here.

To be honest i cant remember why and yes i should of and i understand your point but it never past my mind they was copying stuff and i am sorry for this if i realised i would of intervened. Im really sorry for the inconvenience this server made but u have to understand my point that nothing was down to my actions

Well with my time away i have tried other servers and to be honest i have realised how important high RP standards are without it servers become absolute dog shit so my aim is too give some high quality RP because thats what makes it fun for everyone.

To be honest i cant contribute a lot because im only an average player but i will do my best to give other players a good time and improve RP, I will aslo contribute with anything i can to help the server out.

Many people would have used the chance you were given to play on the server before getting unbanned to their benefit, started playing without notifying us.The fact that you didn't but instantly send a message says a lot about your character. It shows to me that you have matured and value this community.
