In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned for "racism" I randomly said "nibbas" in side chat without being considerate of how it may make others feel

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Making plays in the real world you know just living life but lately I been wanting to play some games again and theirs nothing better then a Friday night and some Arma 3.

My previous ban appeal was on a different account because i couldn't get into this one before then

Why do you want to return ?

I want to return because I'm just getting back into playing games again and these other servers don't give the same experience your servers do. I miss the rp experience you guys offered and I really enjoy putting my time into playing on your servers.

Why should we unban you ?

I believe you guys should lift my ban because I've always gave other players around me an enjoyable time while sticking within the rules because I'm aware their the foundation to a great community and role playing experience and I won't make the same mistake again.

I was aware racism wasn't permitted but I didn't know it would trigger an instant perm ban and I don't know why I would say anything like that i was being immature and didn't think of how it may make others feel. Not that this justifies anything but when I said it if I'm not mistaken i didn't say it towards anyone specific i would never try and discriminate anyone or even say that word towards someone in a harmful way.

@Erno De Goochlicker So you was aware it was against the server rules but you didn't care.

Makes me wonder what other rules you have broken or willing to break, Every rule on our server is enforced do you understand that ?

 
I do understand that and I said I knew racism wasn't permitted but didn't know saying one word would trigger an instant perm ban and I wasn't being racist towards anyone or even racist at all. I just made a inconsiderate decision and I haven't broken any other rules and i'm not willing to because as I said before I understand why the rules exist and the purpose they serve.

I wasn't being racist at all and still got banned because of me not knowing that saying what i said would trigger an instant ban not once does that imply I am a racist person or that I'm the type of person that goes around breaking rules because I don't "know" they exist. Just because someone doesn't know the rules doesn't mean they're exempt from them and I get that. I made a mistake which I swear won't happen again.

@Erno De Goochlicker It's a racist word... using it is considered racist so yes you was in fact racist, some of our rules do trigger instant bans, I wish we could do that with every rule it would save us a lot of time if it was possible.

Follow all our rules going forward, Any racism from you again in the future then there will be no further appeals
