In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

i was banned due to calling an admin in game a retard but which i joking around and was intended as banter but was taken a diffrent way

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

I have been playing gta 5 roleplay as a police officer and playing alot of pubg and college work

Why do you want to return ?

i would like to return to this server due to this being my first server that i have learnt to roleplay correctly and every server is the same but it does not compare to this amazing server and its comunity and i would like to possibly get back into rping on this server

Why should we unban you ?

I belive that i should be unbanned as now i have a greater knowledge of how to rp and i would like to make great memories when i stream and possibly gathering more people to the server, i would like to play on this amazing server again as the combat and rp is amazing

Ok, So I can now see the notes we have on you.

It appears you like calling people names, you even called someone a "paraplegic cunt", After being banned by proctor your talking on your twitch calling him retarded.

I do not see how that can be taken in a joking way, but your foul mouth aside, you was also watched breaking RP 

Not sure if you was acting up for your handful of twitch viewers or what... you tell me!

ive never ever said that word and id never joke about being disabled i only recall calling proctor a retard as before hand i saw him going out of roleplay i deleted the clips ages ago when i formatted my pc i never would of called anyone a paraplegic cunt he might of miss understood due to me having a very strong geordie accent if he has proof that i say paraplegic cunt i would like to see this myself as ive never in this world said that

id normally joke on but i would never call anyone a paraplegic cunt and i would just call the cops pigs with sausage fingers @Wilco 

 
i cannot remeber if i was streaming on that day but i normally had aload of banter between the cops and would hear them laugh and them roasting me back which i would normally stream and get a couple of views but only if i knew the cop cant rember who i used to have aload of banter with but he was an admin at the time and it was hilarious when i used to be under arrest with the police

 
@colly Well thats the notes we have, regardless if you said those exact words it got to the point where the admin had seen enough of you.

How would you calm things down if unbanned ?

 
i would calm things down as by i would not insult people as much unless i would get to know them within the server and would have occasional banter with them and with the cops time to time. i will never use and slurs which are offensive to the disabled and any other words that may offend people on the server

 
i will refresh myself with the rules as well to see if there has been any new ones implemented or alterd as well

 
Even if you know someone well I wouldn't try anything edgy, We do not want to see it and the community does not what to see it, There are servers that allow toxic players elsewhere, You are quite welcome to join one of those if thats what your into.

I suggest in future you tone things down otherwise your next appeal wont end very good for you, and treat our staff team with some respect, they are here giving up their free time and will not be subjected to comments.
