In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
First of all, I'd like to say hi to all my old friends, past and present on the server. I deeply apologize to you all for the events that occurred after I was banned. I understand that a lot of people in The Warriors at the time looked to me for guidance, advice and most importantly, to set an good example for them all. Especially the newer players to the server.
I'm here now to explain; to the best of my ability, the series of events that took place that lead to my ban, and all the events following that lead to the ban of others, no Bullshit, no Ego and no grudges, even if what I say guarantee's the denial of this appeal.
This was a time when a large chunk of members from other gangs that we really got on well with were getting banned (members of Fetty Waps gang), among others, and we only had their side of the story to hear at the time, and what they were telling us made us believe that they were getting banned for silly reasons, as if they had some sort of target on their back. Fast forward a short while and a staff team member "JamZ" I do believe it was, abused his powers to teleport around the map with god mode to mass RDM people. JamZ was streaming this incident for a select group of people. One of my close friends at the time as well as being one of the leaders of the gang "YoCo" was watching that stream, laughing as JamZ sprayed down countless amounts of people at various locations around the map. This lead to YoCo getting banned.
As previously mentioned, YoCo and I got on so well, and so Did we and the rest of The Warriors - we had grown this gang from nothing to become one of the largest on the 3 servers, and I feel we pretty much became like a group of Brothers, I still talk to most of them to this day in fact. So I decided that I would leave the server, for how long I didn't know but I felt at the time that it wouldn't be the same without everyone playing together, I was prepared to leave the server and everything we'd worked that hard for to start anew on another server if need be.
So, seeing as at this time I wasn't banned and I don't think anyone else was from the gang either - and no further offences had been committed, I decide to join The Team-speak that YoCo was using to chat whilst I wrote out a departure post on the forums. (I couldn't talk to YoCo at the time because he was banned from the RPUK Teamspeak) The post I was going to send was basically a warm farewell to all my gang members and friends from the server that had made playing RPUK so much fun, with a somewhat salty paragraph at the bottom that was aimed towards a Small Select group of staff members.
But When I joined the Teamspeak that consisted of "Jamz", "YoCo", "Fetty Wap" and I believe "Mr.Bear" (Although he may have joined later on, I cant remember) I was warned by them to use a VPN because members of the staff team here were banning people for affiliating themselves with particular banned members of the community in other Teamspeak servers. But at the time, I didn't care because I was planning on departing anyway and I highly doubted that the staff members here were able to access other peoples Teamspeaks to find out who is talking with who, and looking back I realize it was most likely the people in them Teamspeaks themselves that were just basically snaking people out, so to speak.
At this time I've now finished my departure post, I push "Post" and I get a popup saying that I have been banned (1.6 admin ban I'm pretty sure, which if i remember rightly is the rule that allows a admin to ban anyone they chose if they believe it to be necessary)
Needless to say, that got my blood boiling, "I haven't done anything wrong, and I've been banned from everything - Teamspeak, Game, Forums" I couldn't even access the forums to put in an unban appeal or to find out why I had been banned. I had given so many hours to this community, done so much for the community in terms of Roleplay events, Unique Roleplay scenarios, taking in new players and teaching them how to play, how to make money, how to Roleplay etc. and I was just banned, in the click of a finger. Obviously I look back now and I realize, being in the same Teamspeak as ex members like them (With the exception of bear and YoCo) was wrong and I do completely understand as to why that would warrant a Ban. Although I will admit that I still don't believe it was fair that I wasn't at least given a chance to Appeal this ban, however That is in the past and I'm over it.
At this time, a sizable amount of people from my gang decided, in a sort of final act of defiance I guess to go down with me and Yoco, and if we were leaving the server, why not show our distaste of recent events to everyone and go out with a "bang" - And that's why Bear ran around Kavala shooting people, as well as trying to crash a Helicopter into Kavala, that's why Damon got on a 50'cal and attempted to RDM as many people as he could, there may have been more similar things that happened, however I am not aware of them.
Here is the part that I am truly guilty of, which I do regret, as it was a knee jerk reaction at the time - and it wasn't fair for us to take out our anger on the innocent players of your server, whom had done absolutely nothing wrong to myself or my gang. I egged this whole series of events on, when I shouldn't have. I should of slept on it, and decided to try and get in contact with a staff member another way to resolve my and other members situations as I normally would.

After these Incidents, there was a huge amount of misinformation spread about myself, and other people of my gang. But I swear, on my life I personally didn't send death threats, I never advocated them. and I most certainly, never told anyone to "kill themselves" Absolutely not.
and IF anyone from my gang did do these things then I can 100% say for certainty, that I had no knowledge of this and I certainly didn't advocate it.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
I've been working, I've been training - I mostly work in the city, but in my spare time I still play the odd game of Altis Life on other servers.
I've also been in contact with some of the old gang members, and im still hoping to get in contact with more that I haven't spoken to in ages. I'm hoping I can do this if I am unbanned.
Why do you want to return ?
I just miss playing with all the old guys to be honest, I miss all of the fun things that we got up to, all the laughs we had and all the weird and wonderful people that we came across on a day to day basis.
Why should we unban you ?
I'm going to copy and paste this from my last unban appeal, because Everything I say here I still truly mean, and I really don't think many people would disagree to be honest, apart from the events leading up to, and after my ban I was a Model member, and I still would be If i was able to play again.
I truly feel that the positive impact i've had on peoples server experiences here at RPUK far far outweigh the negatives, I've only been reported once or twice, both got rejected, I took in new players and taught them how to play the game, taught them how to make money, how to roleplay etc. I started a gang that grew from one person to becoming one of the largest on the server, and we formed friendships that have lasted to this day, and although like any other gang we used our numbers to fight with other gangs and the police etc. I feel we also placed a huge emphasis on roleplay. We created the "neighbourhood watch" scheme, to help control crime around the kavala area, in an attempt to help newer players, and roleplayers focus on what they need to be doing. here is a video of myself stumbling across a hostage situation, during one of our neighbourhood watch patrols:

What i'm basically trying to get at here, is that as a player, I strive for new and different interactions otherwise I get bored quickly, this is why I used my gang to create some really engaging role play events/ scenarios, and if You allow me to come back to your community I can make you a promise that that is exactly what I plan to do again, I'll form another gang, and provide a great gaming experience for those that come across us.
