In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned because of "restraint glitching". I was cuffed by the cops near my pickup truck after a long chase. While cuffed, I was able to prop the "get in the back" icon and was surprised that I was able to use my gun. Kind of didn't think about the consequences of these actions...

I'm sorry for the link but I wasn't sure what to put in the field since it required a legitimate http address field. Didn't occur to me at the time that this request probably belongs in the "Dispute A Ban" section. I was lured to this sub-forum because technically I'm appealing a permanent ban.

As for the unban reason, I was always a good role-player and always had fun interacting with people. I never intentionally RDMed or VDMed and in the rare cases that something like that happened unintentionally, I always managed to clear things up with the people involved in TS. The meta-gaming ban was of course justified but I was new back then and didn't understand all the rules. After the first ban, I took my time to study the rules carefully so I don't end up banned again.

As for the current ban, it was an impulsive act. I honestly didn't have a clue that I'd be free to use my gun while cuffed if I sit in the back of the pickup truck. We had 3-4 police cars chasing us, it was quite a thrill so I kind of acted on impulse. It was a mistake and a blatant break of immersion and role-play. I'm asking for another chance and promise to be very careful this time and not succumb to my impulses.
