I was banned for VDM nearly 2 years ago, I recall it was accidental due to people walking into the side of the vehicle

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Working away at my job recently got back into rp in garrys mod however it is not the best experience

Why do you want to return ?

I want to get back into RP as garrys mod isn't as realistic as I would like and I had some of the best rp I ever had on this server.

Why should we unban you ?

Because it has been nearly 2 years and I definitely have changed.

I was banned for VDM nearly 2 years ago, I recall it was accidental due to people walking into the side of the vehicle however I understand why i was banned.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Working away at my job recently got back into rp in garrys mod however it is not the best experience in terms of seriousness and realism and reinstalled arma and seen this server was till going strong as a really solid good rp community.

Why do you want to return ?

I want to get back into RP as garrys mod isn't as realistic as I would like and I had some of the best rp I ever had on this server, it is well managed and the constant updates provide fresh experiences along with serious roleplayers who are dedicated to the roles they play.

Why should we unban you ?

Because it has been nearly 2 years and I definitely have changed. I have taken the time to properly read the rules and know how important it is to follow them to avoid ruining other peoples experience, I am ready to start fresh and add to players experience on the server.

Why are rules important in a Roleplay community and what are the effects on others of a rule break?

Rules are important in a role-play community because they keep everyone in order and if there is order it leads to new players seeing how important it is and this makes them follow, if people where to ignore the rules and just do anything that they wanted it could lead to inorder and a terrible rp experience, if everyone on the server follows all of the rules the result of this can greatly increase the RP experience and allows for a high standard for roleplay on the server and allows everyone to enjoy their time on the server without interrupting.

Rules like Random Death Match RDM and Vehicle Death Match VDM are very important to any kind of roleplay community that takes itself seriously, if you fail to follow these rules it can lead to ruining a lot of peoples rp experience and this can lead to them losing their stuff that they paid for and anything they may have been carrying which means they are frustrated because if the other player had been following the rules like everyone else they wouldn’t have died and their rp experience would not have been interrupted and as this is such a basic rule for any server it should be common sense not to do it as you would not be happy if this had happened to you.

So in conclusion of why rules are important within a roleplaying community and the effects on the community of players when you break a rule, it leads to loss of order in the server and if a lot of people are breaking rules it will lead to player believing the rules are not important which leads to chaos and if you choose to break a rule you are ruining the rp experience for everyone involved.

Care to explain as to why we have a rule set and why we enforce them as much as we do?

You have a rule set so that serious roleplay can take place as if there was not a rule set people would just break all rules that would allow a roleplay server to even happen. You enforce them to ensure you have quality roleplay where serious players can have fun knowing that if someone does break a rule they will be removed from the server
