In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

Well I was banned for item duplication on Tanoa.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Well, I have started playing some different games. I´ve changed my real life a bit, because I am on University I had to study, but also I have started playing more squash, do more practise. I have training every day, sometimes twice a day, so it is really challenging for me. I travelled alot, because of squash. I´ve been in UK, Sweden, on New Zealand, Dubai, Turkey, USA, well in many countries. I won some tournaments, few titles. Basically I did not really play arma at all.

Why do you want to return ?

When I got banned, I tried some other servers, of course. But none of them was that good as RPUK and this community. I still have friends here and a Community, diversity of people here is just incredible. Every single day that I played, I learned some new things about peple, science, culture. I´ve enjoyed every second in this Community and I really want to return. There are more reasons for example: I am not native English speaker, so moments here are just great for my english, because it is not that good as I would like to. I just really want to be back, be in my police car and patrol with bunch of blueberries.

Why should we unban you ?

I think that every single person on Earth deserves second chance. Yes I did mistake and I payed for it. I am not happy about what I´ve done and I regret it every second that I think about it. I was always that "no problem guy" and I can promise everyone, that it will never happen again. I really really want to get back, also I would like to apologize Staff team, because, rules aren´t here to break them. But to obey them.

Ah, hello Asdorix. It's unlikely that you remember me now, but I remember you in the police and the time when you were banned. I feel that although you talk a very good game, you are avoiding the elephant in the room somewhat. I've had a look through you original appeal to remind myself and I want to ask you a few things. For someone who was supposedly "no problem", what would compel you to resort to using an exploit in order to get ahead of other people. You mention computer issues but would you not instead work to resolve those or get in contact with someone from staff instead of cheating?

I am also a little concerned that as you said at the time, you had played here for 7 months but you didn't see what you did as exploiting, or if you did, you chose to paint it as though you didn't. Isn't such unintended behaviour common sense up to a point? I appreciate that you asked for a second chance and you were actually very honest with us (which many exploiters are not) and you have waited your time patiently without causing issue, only to attempt to appeal on the first possible day 6 months down the line. I see that and I feel that you are truly passionate about returning to this community but I need to be confident that you have changed.

Answer me this. What will you do if you are allowed to return to this community? How will you work to make a positive impact in order to make amends for the rule that you broke?

Well, I remeber you Tom, I also remeber the morning that we have spoken together. As you wrote. At a day when I did it, I was bit angry and pissed of, that day was just bad. I´ve played a bit, I was doing some runs and my computer crashed like 2 times, so I was more pissed off. When I look back, I see that the person that day isn´t me, what I mean, is that I am not someone who is angry about everything. When I found out the exploit, I was really angry and I felt so desperate, because we all know how tanoa was from beginning I mean, low paychecks, low money income etc. I thought at that moment that it is the way how to make some money, but did not really think about that it is big rule breaking. There is no excuse for what I have done, because good player/roleplayer has to stay calm, rational and obey rules no matter any circumstances.
" I am also a little concerned that as....." I really understand why you are. I had played for that long and did not realise that I was breaking rules. Anger clouded my mind at the time and I can assure you that this is not my common behaviour and actually it was first and last time that I´ve acted like that.

Well I was wondering about trying life as a rebel for week or two and after that joining police, because Police was on RPUK my "life" I spent most of a time on patrols, and most of my friends are in police. It is kind of stupid, that someone like me who is in police and thinks that laws should be obeyed, broke rules. Well, first thing I would do, would be to apologize staff team, because I really feel bad about it. I was wondering about trying to join Staff in past, but my English is not that good at all, so I guess I wouldn´t be successful. As I said about joining the Police, as office you have a chance to meet loads of hobos and new players, that don´t really know rules, some of them are usually good roleplayers, but they get themselves into troubles because not knowing server rules, so I am willing to help those players, because as officer you have some kind of authority than normal players, and sometimes they even listen to you. I know that it cannot be compared to work you guys up there are doing, but it is something, as one big man said "small steps make a big difference".
At the end, I would like to say, that during the last 6 months, I had to mature  a lot, as I stated that I travelled a lot and played squash a lot(won some international tournaments and got some sponsors, so I had to take some responsibility for everything in my life). It changed my outlook on life.
