In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for posting a troll report in which it had a guy that looked to be under age playing Call of Duty in his underwear which lead to me getting my last warning point before getting banned.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
Although it has not been close to 6 months, over the time I have been banned I have completely went away from my PC and focused on school and studying as I'm in my senior years of school now and want to go to college, I have also continued doing Football and Muay Thai once again and have spent a lot of my time with my girlfriend rarely going near my PC unless I wanted to watch Football or UFC, I have tried to play Arma with some old friends on different communities but haven't gotten the same enjoyable feeling as I do playing ALUK, since getting banned I have thought about what I done and realise it was incredibly stupid, I did not think about the persons age in the video as it was a hasty thought thinking it was a funny video, although I believe the video was staged it still wasn't acceptable to be posting that sort of stuff on the forums not just because it was a troll report but the content of the video was also not very humorous after I had calmed down and took a look at how stupid I was being.
Why do you want to return ?
I greatly miss the community and my friends within the server as I have not properly spoken to them in a few weeks. In four months or so I am approaching 2 years within the community (joined on the 1 June 2015) and I want keep that going as I have met some amazing people and friends within that time and have got some great laughs and memories with these people and would hate to lose that, although my friends are not the only reason I want to return, I also feel RPUK is the only real community that can offer great role play and that I can offer back great role play as I have tried many others in the days after getting banned and have just given up as they don't compare to this community, I have put 2700 hours into Arma 3 and the community and have seen it been developed over that time and know that it wont stop anytime soon and I want to be apart of that.
Why should we unban you ?
It was a very naive and stupid thing I done posting the report and I did not think about the consequences of my mistake until after I had done it when Vladic Ka dragged me into a team speak channel and told me what I had done was unacceptable and if I do it again I would be banned, I apologised etc realising what I done was idiotic, this is my first ban since March in 2016 and I am genuinely sorry for what I did. In hindsight I understand completely what I done was wrong and had not factored in the kids age in the video and is not something I am proud of, it was a very childish thing to do and again I am sorry for what I did regarding the report and wasting staff time that had to deal with my frivolous choices. I am incredibly sorry for my stupid choices and idiotic decisions I have made leading to get me my four warning points over the past 2 years, although some are old, if I am given a final chance I can guarantee I will change, and you will not have to be dealing with a ban appeal under my name ever again.
