In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I believe I was banned because I made a few jokes that would be seen as supporting the Islamic State in a chat on the app Kik with another member of the community. I’ll admit I was warned once but did not take it seriously and continued to make jokes until I was perm banned.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
I got into a lot of fights with my family and I moved out a few months just before I turned 17, and I’ve been living with a roommate and going to school and work is all I’ve done in the time I’ve been banned. Not a very interesting life without ALUK.
Why do you want to return ?
I want to return because I miss the community so much, it’s so professionally done and amazing and I remember it always being fun whenever I logged on because something hilarious was bound to happen to make my day. The server is original and fun to play on with so many features that I just miss it every time I go to play Arma, which is why I’ve started to stop playing Arma. I just want another chance at proving myself to the community.
Why should we unban you ?
I believe in the time I’ve spent not living with my parents and without the ALUK community I’ve spent most of that time by myself or with a small group of people. I personally believe I’ve matured enough to not continually make jokes that some may find offensive. I also believe that my roleplay was a welcomed addition to the Lords of Valhalla and the ALUK community as a whole.
