Description of what happened: My friend and I were doing a oil run and around 5 guys from the gang Big Boys Don't Cry come out of nowhere in an off-road and they tell us to put our hands up. We put our hands up they rob us and they drive away. My friend, Sam Johnson, shot at them and I ran off and went prone. They come back to shoot my friend and I said I had nothing to do with it. I was shot at and I'm forced to move behind a container then Peejay Rhys comes around the corner then he kills me without saying anything. They didn't know I was with him because they didn't say anything about us being together. My friend, Nick Kirk, was in a Tempest Device further down the road. The same gang jumped out asked if he was friendly and they shot at him straight after.

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I tried talking to them on side chat but they refused to sort it out.

we could of sorted out this situation

you need to see it from our position, we took shots and you killed one of us we assumed that you had the gun aswell as the other guy because you were where your friend was when he shot.

and for your friend in the tempest device we did not shoot straight away, after our friend was revived we seen he staring at us at the entrance so we went to rob him, he decided to try and drive away after we said stop or be fired upon, we started to fire but he got away.

i am deeply sorry that you thought it was unfair and i am apologising for all of our actions and peejay.

Apologies if you think it was unfair but there was a big shootout and as Neon explained. you guys shot one of our friends and there was also a truck at the front with one of you guys in that shot at us and drove off. we already said many times to put your hands up yet you're running around and rolling trying to pick up your friends gun. 

I can speak to you on ts if needed and will happily sort something out
