PCSO driving is lethal

So I was on a pretty normal NCA patrol with @DSGT Stephen Allenand other, and attended a small road block mainly to act as a deterrent to the small rebel group there from kicking off and generally keeping on top of things if the PCs were struggling at all. Decided a little walk around on foot would be nice, when our hunter was hit. So went over to talk to the fellow, and then the PCSO came... @Matt Colburn
