Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): PCSO Alan.P
Time & Date this happened: Yesterday afternoon.
Which Server did this happen on: 1
Description of what happened: Long story short: I robbed him at the Black market (confirmed to be a legitimate robbery with no rules broken), he refused to comply and died. Immediately he comes onto ts, starts whining and telling me how hes going to go on Police, I am going to have a chase, lose all my gear / money and how their going to set up a road block.
^^^^ That is 1) Breaking metagaming 2) Breaking new life rule 3) Abusing police authority to catch someone in a new life.
Even at this point I wasnt going to report him due to the fact that I took it as him raging. 5 minutes or so later I get 5 manual charges added to me from a Police officer with NO roleplay interaction prior, I knew in a second it was him.
I then took this too an INS who Alan.P lied too claiming that he didn't do any of the above and he didn't do the charges (yeah right). Today Higher ranks got involved and only when he was threatened with the logs being checked he admitted to doing all of this but did it because I RDM'ed him
At 3:15 in the video Alan admits it wasnt RDM and it was his fault.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Metagaming, breaking NLR, abusing police powers, adding charges at PCSO rank, lying when questioned.

This a report for his fate on the server. As for his fate in the police I leave to the higher ranks. But for my part I think this is a Absolutely Disgusting abuse of Police power he Lied over and over and only told the truth when questioned and EVEN THEN said 'look vincent I dont want you to get banned or anyone else' and at that point I just told him I dont want to waste anymore time on such an Abusive, lying kid.
The police INS and CI are dealing with his Polcie rule breaking now, I am a very tolerant / rule abiding person and resolved all my past report cases well, but I will not tolerate such an abusive, lying person to be on the Police force when ALL CSO's and PCSO's know very clearly what the rules are, it's in the handbook and we are told that DSGT's can only add the charges. Again towards the end of the conversation he admits to it totally being his fault (the convo we had this afternoon).
I hope you at least get removed from the Police, you do not deserve now to have that authority, as for getting banned, i leave to the admins.
