Description of what happened: Paymon had been flying around in a hummingbird above kavala for a while, I had previously warned him with a text, and with warning shots. I then see him fly above me again, and open fire at him. I notice he is trying to land, and then stop shooting. As he almost landed, he decides to take off again, and then I once again shoot at him to try and take out his engine (For flying above a city.)
I thought it was going down, and drove in the direction, but I heard no explosion or didnt see it land anywhere, so I went back to a guy who was talking to me. Devron wanted to speak to me in TS, and I talked to him there. That part is not in the video, as shadowplay only records when im in-game. A minute passes by, and apparently the guy who was in the heli is sitting by the wall next to my car, and I begin driving off. He then says "Where are you going?" and then shoots at me for no apparent reason. I find this to be attempted RDM, as he did not give me any chance to obey his "command" in any way, as he did not give one, and just shot at me randomly.
I get out of the car, and manage to rubber bullet him. Devron then tells me not to shoot and not to go near him, but to my knowledge he did not have a weapon, so I continued to do so. I then hear him say "I will shoot you, and realise that he pulled out a weapon. I try to defend myself, but I died as I ran out of bullets.
I later talked to devron, and we sorted it out on TS. But when I aproached Paymon on TS, this is the response I got:

<07:39:48> "[Gc] Paymon #KnowlezyForSPC": listen you pig. i told you to stop im not going to fucking argue with you again captain scrapps. how do you search a hemmt without any conformation on it and i told you to come back after YOU ALMOST FUCKING KILLED ME YOU TWAT

What Rule Was Broken ?: Attempted RDM - Flaming on TS (OOC) by calling me a pig and a twat.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes.
