Description of what happened:
SPC ronko32 and me, PCSO Peter Flayher were driving to the H.M treasury responding to a backup request. On our way we crashed and were killed by someone who was not affiliated with those at the H.M. treasury.

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
Yes. Our conversation went roughly like this:
 
Me: "Could you come on teamspeak and join a public room?"
Him: "Why?"
Me: "I want to discuss some rule-breaking"
Him: "What rulebreaking, I'm a rebel."
