Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I was simply using my right. I got arrested and they tried to make me talk. But it is my right to remain silent. I didnt type in direct chat or use my mic (even though I have one). Then they threatened to get me banned and reporting me (which clearly breaks the rule 10D)[SIZE=medium] Police must keep a high level of role play at all times. Police are not admins so do not say "I am reporting you") This breaks the rule and I was the one who got banned. This is higly unfair as the rule states " Police are not admins" but they countinued to act like ones. The fact that they actually ban me was unfair as they had broke a rule themselves. I have a mic and just chose to use my right. I didnt want things to become worse so I kept my mouth shut. The admin who banned me I would be more then welcome to show you I had a mic. Infact if I knew that a admin wanted me to talk then I would be more than happy. BUT! From my perspective it seemed like the police where just simply trying to get me to talk. I am sorry I have not talked and next time a police officer threatens to report me if i do not talk then I will. But again, from my perspective I just simply thought it was a method to get me talking. I hope you give me a chance to come back to the BEST rp server I have ever played and put alot of time into it. Thank you for taking time to review my ban appeal and I hope that I can get unbanned for this innconvienionce. I have a mic and I am willing to use it in RP but at the time (like i stated So much!) it was my right to remain silent. Again thank you for reading!

If your ban reason is "Forum Report - Date Here" then search the forums for your in-game name and that date and link the thread here: There was no forum just a instant ban!

Hello! I was the admin who banned you. You didnt say a single word even though we tried talking to you. I then went out of RP in the car saying "Sir, this is a mic only server, please say something or show us that you actually have a mic or i will issue a ban". And you said nothing. I then typed "Please log off and log back on when you have a mic". And you did nothing. Not all police are admins, but when someone is telling you they will ban you unless you say something ,it is a good idea to do so..

Yes, I am sorry for this innconviencionce but from what I read from the rules it says police are not allowed to do this. And I was simply using my right. Some cops lie to get me to talk and I thought you were one of them. I never heard you say you will issue a ban. Or even state you were a admin. If I knew you werent lying I would of talked out of character to prove I had a mic. I hope we can see that this was just all a misunderstanding and that I can get my ban appeal approved so we can coutinue roleplaying me going to jail! Lol! Again I am sorry for this misunderstanding and I hope you understand.

I thought you were just trying to get me to talk like alot of other police officers.

You do realise that this is a RP server and although you do have a right to silence you could at least say "I am exercising my right to silence"

If you are just going to be quite every time you deal with the police I dont think this server is for you.

That makes sense, I am sorry as I have not been arrested by police more then once. The first time I was arrested the two policemen tried to make me talk and I responded. I will from now on (if i get unbanned) say "I am exercising my right to silence" if I ever chose to do so again. BUT! I now see that the mistake I made. Remaining silent is not very fun and the whole point of the server is for RP. Remaining silent just kills the RP and makes thinks awkward while driving to the prison. This was a big misunderstanding and it will not happen again. I love to RP and remaining silent is not always the best for the RP sake. I am sorry again for this misunderstanding and I hope you believe that this will never happen again and that I will try to RP as much as I can when talking to the police. I love the server and I would not attempt to kill the RP.

Before we continue can you please explain the 2 money injections of 800k within a short period just before the 30th June?

Then another hit of a million late on the 30th.

I was doing drug runs with a Hemmit box (550k truck). I was doing heroin and every run is around 1 mill since i have the skill to increase my drug sales by 25%. The Hemmit box holds 800 weight and every heroin (unproccesed) is 6 slots. 800/6 = 133 heroin. So the hemmit can carry 133 heroin (not including what is on my player). 1 heroin is around 6,015 (depending on the drug market). I sold my drugs in kavala church so it was alot of money.  6,015 * 133 = 800,000 + 199,998.75 (the 25% increase of drug sales) = $1,000,000 (estimated) . All the math is done from what I remember selling and doing math with. If you talk a personal look into it you will see that it is VERY easy to make easy 1 million run in 1 hour. All you need is a hemmit box and a heroin proccessing licesnse and u are good to go. 

So a short summery I made all my money from apples and heroin runs. If you do the math and check the logs it adds up.

I have unbanned you but it is for a FINAL chance.

Also, I made 800k every run untill I increased my skill to make drug sells 25% more and I later saw that you can. I learned the skill and started making around million $$$ every run.
