Paid 100k to get my Hellion out of insurance side of impound and it only charged my £500

Hello, I went to impound to release my beloved Hellion which had been put in for 72 hours and was on a 100k release, so I've gone to impound with the intentions of pulling it out and i have pulled it out for 100k paid the release I've then went and looked in my bank and realised my money has not changed at all i haven't been charged for the release of the Hellion so I've asked a few people if it was normal for that to happen and they said to contact a admin so i did and he has told me that i released it for £500 not 100k I've been advised to fill out a bug report for this so i am doing so to make sure it is fixed for the future
