Option to mute people on the phone

I've made this a suggestion because I noticed if I was to block someone on me phone they could still contact me, they cant ring me but I'm pretty sure they can still message you, so i was thinking there could be more options on the phone's settings, or just some improvements on the blocking system.

+1 Blocking someone doesn't stop them from messaging you - Had it today. Would really like for this to be put into the city

+1 Should be an option to block both calls and messages.
