No disrespect, seems like a very childish idea. If a player has bad role-play and is unpleasant to play with then they will quickly gather a reputation on their own. Plus the stress on the staff to moderate it properly seems unnecessary 

 
Sweet! Finally a place where I can shit talk about @Drew and other terrible rpers like @JohnJoeegan and pretend ive had so many bad encounters with them ingame! Best of all? I don't need any evidence to prove I'm right and they are wrong!
