A while ago, you had all of your 3 servers up! But now there is only server #1 up and maybe #2 sometimes... Why is this, seeing as server #1 is almost always fulll ...
Server 2+3 are overflow. When Server 1 is full, a member of staff will manually start s2. When 1+2 are full, they manually start Server 3. It's not an automatic process.
