Oil Picking Bug

When ever I pick oil, if I accidentally slip and hit left click I keep getting stuck in the animation for picking. I cannot find a way to cancel the animation through the normal means and continually have to relog to fix it.

Its happened 3 x today so im reporting it now.

This happens to me when i accidentally punch right before picking. 
To cancel the animation i usually do "/e medic" and then cancel that animation instead with Z.
