What can help when its boring doing a run is just have a Taylor Swift Album on shuffle while doing it !!

 
In all seriousness, I'd suggest browsing through Gangs & Rebels and trying to find a group who have the same mindset as you. Then you should be able to do more than just oil in a large group, makes the world of difference! :)
