OIL! Hydraulic-fracturing pump!!

So I spend a lot of time at the oil field and it got me thinking why am I running round picking it up off a beach? would an Hydraulic-fracturing pump not make more sense?

So the suggestion, the pumps on the oil field and up in sandy to be manned and the oil to be collected a lot like mining rather than unrealistically running around a beach for already containerised oil

Think of the immersion!!
