Unfortunately I am guilty of RDM here, there was previous RP with a couple of other players (this is how I obtained the weapon as a fresh-spawn). This RP lead to me mistaking this player for someone else. Obviously this was within a safe zone as well which I hadn't realised at the time (it had been a while since playing).

I have no excuse, however I have gave myself a refresher with regards to the server rules and it won't happen again. Sorry for being a nuisance.

The report says you were on a balconey and you killed someone then killed the person reporting.

That doesn't add-up with your story ?

Care to explain ?

Sure.

I was in a house with a couple of other players being held up, (in RP) either I died or I shot one of their "friends" from the balcony. The friend is the other guy that you can see dieing in this video. Unfortunately the guy who has reported me is a victim of my bad panic aiming, and everyone being dressed somewhat similar.

I noticed the video states that I "ran off", but I was actually in there for quite a while after it (still being held up). I was then arrested on the main street a while after this.

As discussed, at the time I had thought that this might fly as RP but obviously on reflection of reading up a bit it doesn't. This obviously doesn't excuse RDMing the guy that reported me, so sorry for that.

Hope this clears things up a bit.
