Description of what happened: I restrained the guy and he shot whilst being restrained[0:45].  also said via direct text "asus warning shot for 50000"
What Rule Was Broken ?: glitching restraints - bad RP (only saying WARNING SHOT SNIPER HURR DURR) metagaming (as explained above
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: no

Also the message below was sent in OOC context, therefore they used OOC tools in  order to gain a IC advantage (by having a fictional sniper so they are let go) = Metagaming

I know what i did was wrong but what happened was that when i got restrained i missfired one time and it hit the ground. After that i knew what i had done. So i typed in Direct Communication that i was sorry, but they didnt reply. Then i see this report and i go to the teamspeak and try to sort it out and he kept avoiding my questions and acted a bit rude. I kept trying to talk to him but he didnt want to talk to me, then he said that he doesnt like the [OD] gang and that we do not belong in the server and that he wanted us to get banned. I know what i did was wrong but it didnt harm anyone and i even apologised for what i did but he didnt want to reason with me.

 
So this is my side of the story: We were about to go and get a weapon and then we saw the cops on the way so we decided to rob them. And as you see in the video we failed. So when i came up there i went and got a drink fast. My friends started robbing the cops and they got tazed. He was tazed and when he woke up he missed clicked 1 time as you can hear and see in the video. It was a mistake, it did not harm anyone. It was just a simple mistake. We went on teamspeak to talk about this when we saw this report and he said that he did not like the "OD" gang and wanted us removed from the server. The thing about this that sucks is that we said sorry and everything but it seemed like UWhale did not care. Getting kinda boring when someone is looking for one little mistake that you make and want you to get banned from that. UWhale, he shot 1 time when he restrain gltich and it was a mistake i don't get why you are taking this to far. And reporting someone for bad rp, i can understand that was bad rp from me.

 
Yeah, you kept saying i was trying to get yuo banned, and telling me that if i keep the report up you will record every session with me and try and get me banned aswell.. Also, the metagaming was not addressed in your POV, and there would be no reason as to why he would have shot the gun. I don't buy it being a missclick.

What is said is that i don't like rulebreakers and bad RPers, those people shouldn't be on the server. If you find yourself in that category then well...

You didn't type nothing, recording proves that. Also about being rude. I was simply not, interrupting each of my sentences and crying that i am trying to get you banned is rude, and immature. And on the contrary the only one who said he wants the other side to be banned is you, sayign that you will record everything i do in order to find me break a rule and ban me, i said nothing of that sort. Stop lying.

And i didn't want to talk to you for the reasons stated above. your behavior did not justify my time.

There is not point of lying and no point of arguing again after what happend on ts. We said our side of the story to the admins. And ofc you get pissed of when you can solve things before going on forums. and you did not want to do that and that's very sad in my eyes that you just want us to get banned. We said sorry and we did one mistake like every people. Are you perfect? No. no one is perfect. But there is no need to reply this UWhale because this is just for the admins to see. Me myself i have videos of people that have been breaking the rules on the server but i rather go on the teamspeak and talk to them and see if it just was a little mistake or just troll and if they would do it again. I never report anything before talking to them because im playing to have fun not to just play to report and get people banned when they do little mistakes. Just wanted to say that. Thanks:)

 
I'd like to add for the badrp charge that for 5 minutes the only thing they have said was I HAVE SNIPER LET US GO and making gun noises, at the very best this wasn't breaking character.

Whilst speaking to them on TS the only thing they had to say about this is that "you can't get banned for bad roleplay" on a roleplay community...
