Key Services we offer
Criminal Defence and Prosecution: We advise and appear in court on behalf of both accused persons and the prosecution, handling the full spectrum of offences, from minor motoring misdemeanours to more serious crimes, including murder. We deal with all aspects of the criminal justice system, from the initial police interview at the station to trial before the court.
Civil Litigation: Also known as dispute resolution, this involves assisting with any civil disputes and claims that arise following a deal, transaction or contract breach; either between companies, or individuals. Issues include fraud, regulation, unpaid bills, defective products, corporate management and contractual matters. No two cases are the same.
Employment Law: Regulates the relationship between employers and their employees. This includes us judging what employers can ask of and expect from their workforce, and what rights individuals have in the workplace. We focus on areas such as discrimination, working hours, recruitment, redundancy and dismissal.
Jury & Magistrate Sourcing: Norman & Co are also able to source independent and knowledgeable civilians to act as jury and magistrates for trials that go to court. With a wide social media presence and many connections, Norman & Co can ensure court rooms are well equipped to deal with any case.
