None RP Players on Server

thsi server is full of none rp players i been on the srever for at least a week have not managed to get a decent start because of the none rp people who just shoot you on sight

not really half the  time there behind me or when im driving past even ramming today i wouldnt care but when u spend hours mining salt then driving past that border then on the way to salt trader it all takes alot of time for it to just go to waste i dont mind when im being robbed but at least declare it.

why would i turn von up high when side chat gets blasted and since when does von have anything to do with ramming and shooting on sight
