Further details: I was banned in-game by PC Steve Cork, not long after having spoken to a police officer (did not take note of the name). I believe he was investigating some helicopter explosions that occurred. 

I explained I was running to buy some fuel for my helicopter and I even ran with him to my helicopter. He asked what I was doing in the area and I explained I allowed some gentlemen to fly my helicopter, hence it was out of fuel. He said "really?" in a very "I-don't-believe-you" manner. The officer ran off without another word (I assumed to "run some checks" or something) and after a minute or two (i stayed next to heli) I was admin banned.

I do have Shadowplay of the last 10 minutes before I was banned but it's quite a big video and my upload is 0.60 megabits per second. Would like to hear from the admin that banned me as I couldn't find him by name on Teamspeak.

 
Basically what this was issued for was side swiping a Hellcat as it came in to land in NPAS HQ. 

 
I'm going to have to upload this video now but that wasn't me. I saw this incident happen. 

Shouldn't a ban require evidence first? I'm unhappy with being banned with no evidence and no chance to prevent it from happening.

Essentially the Hellcat got side swiped and exploded by a helicopter. There were two in the area an Orca and a Hummingbird. The one who was side swiped claimed it was a blue and white hummingbird. Due to it being VDM they spawned back at NPAS base and saw him running past the airport hangar and went to talk to him. They followed him to his helicopter that fit the description which was in eyesight near,but not on the service station. I asked them to confirm the vehicle and if they confirmed it was on purpose and they said yes. I asked if they wanted him banned and they said yes.

 
should have checked the pilot before banning. just because a person is the owner does not mean they are the pilot.

It occurred while an admin was present. Reporting it to me was the correct thing to do.

Additionally the only difference between the two helicopters is one has doors and one does not. It's obvious your not happy about the situation,but do not try to be coy here.

 
Why didn't you come to me in your neon admin suit and talk to me? Or ban me under your actual name so that I knew which admin to contact in team speak? I did nothing wrong and could not prevent a ban.

Also, as far as I'm aware, looking over vehicles you can see a player name. The police's footage (if they have any) should show I done nothing wrong. But no.. "an admin was present" so I guess that never got saved.

 
As per rule 2A all admin decisions are final. There does not need to be any footage. That admin has decided to believe the police who reported it and issue a ban.

If you can provide counter evidence here that it wasnt you then please do so we can clear this up.

 
So I get banned with no footage, on the word of police? GG.

I withdraw my appeal on the grounds of no longer caring. Adios.
