No Medics will give interviews!

You may say that Medics will give you an interview when ready, however none do. After days and hours slouched in the waiting room trying to message every CST or CMO that comes online, you will realise no wonder the NHS is short on numbers! ? I hope soon someone realises to give some people interviews regularly and not always because they "Feel like it". 

 
At the moment, the NHS is undergoing quite a big re-structure of the administrative staff due to people leaving/stepping down so it is expected that waiting times may be longer. I may also add that not all current CSTs are interview trained and one is on holiday - again, diminishing the number of people able to do your interview. Unfortunately you'll have to wait mate. Try opening another TS tab so that you can do other stuff while you wait.

Looking at the logs, I'm seeing 3 interviews completed yesterday. If you're there waiting so long, why wasn't yours completed? Or the day before that, or the one before that.

Interviews are being completed daily by currently 3 people who are trained and work very hard to ensure people are still able to join. We are undergoing changes, yes... and that means that more people are due to be trained this week... but interviews are still being completed.

And I'm sorry, but do you seriously expect us to be waiting around 24/7 for people like you to join the interview room? No, that's not going to happen. CST's and CMO's will complete interviews when they have time and are willing to do so. It's a volunteer based position, it's not like they're working shifts to make sure you can join and play the game.

I think you need to take a step back and look at your attitude before joining the NHS, and respect that people have busy lives and will not sit here waiting on you.

Now, send a single message to any CST online and wait patiently. They will come when they have time, and when they "Feel like it".

I only posted this on the forum purely on what has happened to the NHS and I do realise that people do interviews when they have time. However I did not want people treating my post like I have said something completely bad. I'm just sharing my thoughts and ideas on getting the NHS back on track.

If this post was actually about sharing thoughts and ideas on "getting the NHS back on track", it would have been posted in a much different way. Your post was treated badly because you were quite insulting to the people that put a lot of time into completing interviews.

P.S. With over 300 active members, we are also not "short on numbers" as you attempt to state. The activity problem we face is not with members. Any idea you can think of, I'm 99% sure we have already heard before and have tried.

I don't want to start some sort of argument here, I am just extremely eager to become a Medic as my Civilian life hasn't worked out. ?

I am sorry that what I have said has insulted you, I just want to get back on this server with a new occupation as soon as possible.
