Name of the person you are reporting (in-game name): Nicholas (bounty hunter) and Arnie Emile Ernest (Bounty hunter)

Which Server did this happen on: Server 1
Description of what happened: Heavy metagaming and RDM from Nicholas, we were responding to texts about the bank, upon getting there and seeing nothing, we moved to the rear where we had heard shots, we come across as a bounty hunter tazing an un armed and armed man. I rubber everyone, so no one dies. Trying to peacefully solve this I have my officers take the armed man to the station to remove the weapon and wait for me to get back. I spoke to the unarmed man, he explained the RDM, as evidence by the video (1). I then attempted to speak to the bounty hunter, for sending a man he sent to jail, without a name, or food, or anything, let that poor man to die in my eyes. He became resistant to my questions and tried to leave multiple times. I restrained him to question him further about possible neglect on duty. At this time he explained he knew they were wanted, because his gun only works on wanted people, I consider this breaking rp in the fashion he did it in, but I'll let the admin decide (2).
Next upon getting to the station, the bounty hunters friend reappears, I find this suspicious, given that he sprinted out of sight and earshot from when I explained I was taking Nicholas to HQ. But without evidence, it's only speculation. He gets agitated because I refuse to allow the power/metagame to continue, and try to resolve it, he then knocks me out. Within the blue zone and runs. (3)
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM, Breaking RP and RDM in Bluezone.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Unable to find them on TS or ingame due to responding to hostile situations.
