NHS Unblacklist Question

Hi, I haven't had a chance to get back in to playing yet as I have been extremely busy with university and other things.

I understand that due to my past actions I have a rightfully, very strong unappealable blacklist. I was wondering if anyone from NHS Command or Management could confirm wether or not this status could be changed to appealable, if after a few months of playing the community I prove myself to be an active, respectable member? I completely understand I would not be able to get in to any hierarchy within the NHS, but I would love to have the ability to at some point play as a medic again, even if I have to work really hard to earn it.

Don't know what you did, but if you're getting perma-blacklisted from the NHS of all things I doubt they'll be happy to let you back in lol
