when on duty for NHS or Police you can see a blip on the map where other people are who are also on duty for the same service

This way you can see if and what incidents your colleagues are attending

In my opinion I think this would be a bit too powerful, seeing as you could track where kidnapped police and nhs are, making hostage taking even more difficult than it is now with panic buttons.

NHS communicate what jobs they are going to or a specific area of the map. Police are perhaps a little bit more chaotic bit agree with the point above.

What about VEHICLES are tracked and on everyone’s maps, however players aren’t…

at the end of the day units can not track other units outside of PD however maybe make a room in PD where you can track cars and maybe officers who have a device in then that can be taken physically by the criminals like the old way you could remove their blip. 

The only way to track them is to head back to PD. and once you leave pd they could move and you wouldn't know

Hi there dont play fivem yet so dont know if its exist is it not possible to make a dispatch room inside the pd were command or dispatchers can coordinate with units and guide them to were they need to go.
