Intro:
This suggestion is not really gonna benefit me much but will benefit civs and NHS greatly. As Police we not only see what NHS are on duty but can easily see what radio channels they are on and can communicate with them on those channels with ease. This WON'T work between NHS and civs, so what is the problem and what is the solution?
The problem:
Civs have absolutely no idea what NHS are either online, or if they are coming to them. This means most civs will allow people to take them to Pillbox or other hospitals meaning NHS will drive across the city only to find..... no one. This is infuriating for NHS players who waste their time driving and traveling to these places but equally it frsutrates civs "Do I wait for NHS? Are they on duty? If they are on duty are they too busy to come for me?"
The solution:
My solution to fix this problem is simple: When a player becomes incapacitated and they "notify NHS" the dispatch that is created FOR THEM becomes viewable to them whilst downed, this means they can see WHO is attached to that dispatch. They can see if a HM or a AS callsign is coming for them.
Disclaimer:
When a dispatch is received into NHS, Fire, Police, Rangers ETC a sort of pop up appears, when these pop ups appear we as emergency services can press "I" and this attaches our callsign to that dispatch and sets our GPS to it.
Why I think this is needed:
I think this will sort out the issue of NHS going places pointlessly and will give civs the insentive to stick around asking people to stay with them rather than scooping them up into a car.
I'd love to hear your thoughts, this suggestion doesn't really benefit me per say but this was the best I could come up with that benefits a faction that while I don't play as it, I appreciate them very much and something that incentivises civs to stick around longer to allow NHS RP to take part without NHS driving around never finding anyone.
