new player spawn

People are spawning on the roof of the building (near vespucci beach) after creating characters. This puts them two floors up on slippery tiles and many are falling off (to their deaths). I tried it myself and the same thing happened to me but I managed to faceplant on some window ledges to break my fall a bit. The building used in the backdrop for the character select is the actual building within the game they spawn on. It is a little unnerving I think for new folks to get stuck up there.

Theres also a bug that when loading in if you get instantly put to the character selection screen on top of that building with the pools instead of first viewing the military bridge screen before doing so you wont get the character selection to pop up forcing you to restart fivem over and over until it finally shows that bridge first, me and all 7 other people we jump around with have confirmed this. Way around this would be always loading you into your last played character and having an actual designated place where you can go to switch characters.
