New Goma Street car park

I would like to suggest a new car park to be implemented on Goma Street in the Vespucci Beach area. I have attached images of the location. There is already a hut where the parking attendant can stand in. However its currently not being used for anything.

Benefits - There isn't any car parks around the area, and for people who live in houses around the Vespucci Beach location that could be a useful spot to store their vehicles rather than driving to the next closest one. (Alta street I believe). 

Negatives - Dev work would be needed to implement a parking attendant and vehicle storage at this location.
