Neon kit of my Elegy Retro Custom

I modified my elegy retro and everything's fine with all the upgrades except the neon kits, whenever i relog the neon is removed from my car and i have to buy it again.

This happens to all of the cars on the server currently and it's been this way for a while I myself was under the impression everyone knew they didn't stick.

We'll have to take a look at this, can't personally speak on the matter since I'm not fimiliar with the code.
