Need some guidance after my return to Altis

Hello,

I recently returned to Altis, and I noticed alot of new resources has been located on the island while I have being gone.
Can anyone tell me how i can get the different items as for example:

- High grade (i know how to get, lets say heroin, but i dont know how to make it into high grade)
- PC Factory (what items and how do i get them)

These are some of the new resources i have seen since i came back.
I looked trough the guides but i cant find anything helpfull.

Edit: Also wondering why the prices are sometimes 50% and sometimes 100%

High grade- you get them from poseidon drug things, buy a trade pass at the checkpoint or poseidon offices and they will pop up on the map, then just do a normal run but using the poseidon things

PC factory- you make all the things at the factory west of kore, go there and you can find out what do you need to make which items.

Alright, thanks for the answer, but where can i read about this, or do we all just have to learn it from someone else?
