Time & Date this happened: 17/12/14 Around 1AM
 
Description of what happened: Just arrived at the Heli Garage as a helicopter was getting robbed and was killed after posing no threat at all.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, tried to message to ask to pay for the gear that had been lost and I would of been happy with that, but it was refused.

Wow. zero reason for him to shoot you too at all, my gang member has a recording of nannars saying you can mug in the green zone, after trying to mug him i was also there and heard him then say you are allowed to mug people in the green zone..... even when it says quite clearly in the rules you can't mug at all in the green zone. (I'll have him upload it and then post it here.)
