Change up Windows 7 for Window 10 -> its rock stable ...

Did you check clearance of video card in your case because there is only 1mm(millimetre) of space

your case 270mm and 970 video card is 269mm

your gfx card specs showing length (https://uk.msi.com/Graphics-card/GTX-970-GAMING-4G.html#hero-specification)

Your Case gfx card spec (http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/haf-912-plus/)

BUT ... If you swap out of MSI for the EVGA one its only 256.5mm length(http://www.evga.com/products/Specs/GPU.aspx?pn=59af1a79-f7d6-40fc-8325-79d75120cf69) this would give you 13.5mm of space instead of 1mm

I like to let my stuff breathe a little better and a 1mm gap is not exactly allowing lower cooler air to get round that card. I'm just trying to be helpful

And dont forget your CPU is a quad core (8 cpus) meaning 4 cores and 4 hyperthreads ...

I fell into that trap years ago when getting my feet wet in the art of self building machines.
