My Friends have been kicked and can't get back in!!!

Hello, today my friend have been banned and can't get back in, I have spoke with admins on team speak but they said no bans are in place? very confused... please help

Your friends are banned and must appeal, they've been naughty. I suggest they read the rules and submit an unban appeal.
