• Not given the option to get a blood bike after leaving the hospital for blood deliviver
  
• vehicles spawn inside each other when viewing imported/normal cars from Autocare eventually causing your game to crash
  
• tattoo shop camera messed up casuing you not to see the tattoo your getting

Not given the option to get a blood bike after leaving the hospital for blood deliviver

The blood bike was removed a while ago, the wiki was updated last night to reflect this. The other bugs will be looked into.
