Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Firstly I want to say that we are relatively new on the server and we weren't aware that we cannot defend ourselves by ramming their helicopter by a car. Sadly I don't have a video evidence and you can't see the earlier events on his video, but they actually engaged us first without saying a word and I do believe it's RDM then? They saying they tried to rob us was frankly, rubbish... So for my defense I say it was a frustration when a helicopter attacking 2 unarmed truck drivers without saying a word. I am sorry and it wont happen again. I am now fully aware we did broke the rules.

Did you not read the rules when you seen this (screenshot below) when you logged in ?

It is your responsbility to read and understand our rules here so why did you not know about the rules surrounding VDM ?

What roleplay servers have you been playing on that allow VDM ?

Well honestly I wasn't fully aware and no I haven't really played Altis Life before. We just found your server and it seemed nice and populated, so we started to play there. I don't argue with you that I didn't understand the rules properly. I did wrong, I admit. What else I could really say than I am truly sorry and it wont happen again.

Like I said we got really frustrated when we got shot at without any reason and it wasn't the first time at that day when we got engaged without any RP reason. Unfortunately my rig is so ancient that recording while playing is out of the question. So not much evidence from my part unless I want to enjoy 10 fps gameplay...

Edit: Besides it would be really nice to see emilys video before we attacked their helicopter. Because the fact was that before that they landed 1 dude on the ground which opened fire on us without saying a word, we retreated and their helicopter actually tried to tail us, but I guess he lost visual on us at Charkia. Then we saw them landing and well you know the rest what happened.
