I hang out in Kavala for the duration of the night server (midnight till 0400) and was already there a hour before restart. I was witness to a shit ton of VDM and trolling. I may have walked a thin line every now and then, since I did not exactly bother to warn every VDM'er before I tried to kill them. I did however only initiate after they drove people over or rammed into vehicles on purpose.

Jihad

This guy randomly opens fire on a car who was doing donuts. Car didn't hit him, so no good reason to open fire. I managed to kill him before he could seriously injure someone.

Joeyboy96

Walked up to a cop, asked him why he was black, said racism is not a crime. Not 100% sure on this being actual racism, but the guy is just being toxic and it definitely came across as racist.

MrMuggins

Read out JoeyBoy96's name saying he stole a cop car. Also called the cops faggot which I think is a offensive term toward homosexual people.

4 accounts of VDM, no communication, pure server hopping cunt who has fun in destroyin other peoples fun. Died a lot of times by my hand. Have more than 4, but on the background I am having a private conversation, so I left them out. Doesn't require much more evidence anyway..

Using the N word, metagaming people's names above their head and just being a general obnoxious troll, going into peoples backpack, not valueing his life after I told him he would die if he did it again (he did die..)

Looks like he hit me on purpose but I was on the road, so could be accidental. However, it seems like he is steering towards me rather than away. (This is on recording, but I only managed to get the name by pausing the video. Screenshot of videostill included)

Followed us around for a bit when we dealt with the spitters, then suddenly with no warning, and clearly not in defense of his friends, since we killed the last guy half a street back, puls out a gun and shoots me in the back.

I always dislike people who say no, but then again, that is mostly when it concerns a true member of the community and not obnoxious and flagrant rule breakers who keep repeating themselves and show no incentive to improve. So.. No, I did not in any of these cases bothered to solve it. Unless you call killing the VDM'ers solving it.

Very well done, i remember several of these cases, i was the medic on scene that night (FA. Martin). 

Especially the spitters i found VERY annoying, hard to RP when people are standing around you and making spitting sounds for several minutes.

To be honest, I do not expect any of them to show up here. I have been playing here for 9 months or so now and I can tell the difference between a genuine mistake, where a rule was broken, and blatant disrespect for the rules. None of the above mentioned people even have a account on the forum I think. These are just people who switch between servers when they get banned and somehow enjoy themselves with ruining other peoples expierence.

 
Tbh, when you killed Jihad that was rdm seeing as you wasn't part of the situation, and you didnt start rp with him. Ive seen mulitple cases where that would be classed as RDM

I was part of the situation because he tries to shoot a innocent man less than 3 metres away from it. Seeing as he randomly opened fire on this guy, what is to say he won't do the same with me?

My standard rule for RDM, that I always use and NEVER got me in trouble is not ''if i was part of the situation'', but if, within the reasonable, my life is in danger because of the other players actions. If I feel sufficiently threatened, I will either run or fight.In this case, the threat was so close and so imminent, that I had no other choice but to take out the threat. I believe my actions were justified and I wouldn't have uploaded it if I wasn't prepared to take any consequences that might be attached. I do what I have to do, nothing more, nothing less.

Also, police was present almost immediately after the shooting, questioned me, gave me a reduced ticket and that was that. =)

Tbh thats like saying if someone sees a fully geared rebel, they can shoot them because it presents a danger.

Not if that fully geared rebel makes no wierd move, like pull out a gun and without any warning start shooting some hobo in a car who is making donuts. Also, I was trying to talk to the driver, which means I initiated roleplay with him, which then gets interrupted by this idiot shooting with no warning, so I protected my coversation partner and innocent citizen. If mr Jihad (ahum..) had a reason to shoot him, I'd guess he be on here by now claiming I shot him for no reason...

Anyway, let leave this to the poor admin who has to go through all the footage and ban them all.

I know, im just saying, ive had an issue where this happened to me, i was in a fire fight with a gang and a random hobo shot me, i went to the mentor room and it is classed as RDM, because he was not involved at all

-The third party warfare situation- If two parties are in combat a third party(you) can technically engage for various reasons such as preserving your own life or you can simply run away and not be involved which is advised if you have no real reason to fight. (If you are in one of the original parties this does not apply and these situations are rare regardless.)

The third party most make themselves known to be in the fight for an RP reason unless there life is threatened.
